Because every item we engrave is custom-made, personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded.

However, 405 Etch Co. proudly stands behind its craftsmanship.
If your engraved item arrives:

• damaged

• incorrect

• defective

• or improperly engraved due to our error

We will remake or replace it quickly.

Customers across Oklahoma City, Yukon, Edmond, Mustang, Moore, Norman, Piedmont, and all surrounding areas can contact us within 48 hours with photos to start a replacement.

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days if unused.
