Because every item we engrave is custom-made, personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded.

However, 405 Etch Co. proudly stands behind its craftsmanship.
If your engraved item arrives:

• damaged

• incorrect

• defective

• or improperly engraved due to our error

We will remake or replace it quickly.

Customers can contact us within 48 hours with photos to start a replacement.

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days if unused.
